Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την παρασκευή ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής σύμφωνα με συνταγές και πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο το πόστο εργασίας, τηρώντας τις πρακτικές υγιεινής.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αποθήκευσης και ταξινόμησης υλικών.
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές εργασίες προετοιμασίας, όπως ζύγιση, ανάμειξη και ψήσιμο.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα ζαχαροπλαστικής για την έγκαιρη παραγωγή και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων.
- Εφαρμόζεις και προσαρμόζεσαι σε διαφορετικές τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής και τρόπους παρουσίασης.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σε περιόδους αυξημένης εργασίας και αναλαμβάνεις πρόσθετες εργασίες όταν χρειάζεται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Βασικές τεχνικές αρτοποιίας και ζαχαροπλαστικής, γνώση πρώτων υλών και τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής.
- Παρασκευή ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής, τήρηση συνταγών και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων.
- Ζύγιση και ανάμειξη, καθώς και ψήσιμο.
- Ασφάλεια και υγιεινή τροφίμων.
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και τακτοποίηση και ταξινόμηση υλικών.
- Οργάνωση πόστου κουζίνας.
