Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία γλυκών σύμφωνα με συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διατηρείς καθαρή και οργανωμένη τη θέση εργασίας, τηρώντας τους κανόνες υγιεινής.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, με αναπλήρωση και ταξινόμηση υλικών.
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές προετοιμασίες, όπως μέτρηση, ανάμειξη και ψήσιμο.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα ζαχαροπλαστικής για την έγκαιρη παραγωγή και παρουσίαση γλυκών.
- Μαθαίνεις και εφαρμόζεις διαφορετικές τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής και παρουσίασης.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σε περιόδους αυξημένης κίνησης και αναλαμβάνεις πρόσθετες εργασίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Προετοιμασία ζαχαροπλαστικής και τήρηση συνταγών
- Βασικές τεχνικές αρτοποιίας και ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Γνώση πρώτων υλών και μέτρηση και ανάμειξη
- Ψήσιμο και τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων και υγιεινή
- Οργάνωση θέσης εργασίας, λειτουργία κουζίνας και αναπλήρωση υλικών τροφίμων
