Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής σύμφωνα με συνταγές και πρότυπα ξενοδοχείου.
- Διατηρείς καθαρή και οργανωμένη τη θέση εργασίας, τηρώντας τους κανόνες υγιεινής.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αποθήκευσης και ταξινόμησης πρώτων υλών.
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές εργασίες προετοιμασίας, όπως ζύγισμα, ανάμειξη και ψήσιμο.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα ζαχαροπλαστικής για την έγκαιρη παραγωγή και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων.
- Μαθαίνεις και εφαρμόζεις διαφορετικές τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής και παρουσίασης.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σε περιόδους αυξημένου φόρτου service και αναλαμβάνεις πρόσθετες εργασίες όταν χρειάζεται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνικές αρτοποιίας και ζαχαροπλαστικής, προετοιμασία ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής και τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Γνώση πρώτων υλών, ζύγισμα και ανάμειξη, ψήσιμο και τήρηση συνταγών
- Ασφάλεια και υγιεινή τροφίμων, οργάνωση θέσης εργασίας και λειτουργίες κουζίνας
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και αποθήκευση και ταξινόμηση πρώτων υλών
- Παρουσίαση επιδορπίων και συνεργασία με την ομάδα
- Υποστήριξη service σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς
