Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς την προετοιμασία ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής σύμφωνα με συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο τον σταθμό εργασίας, τηρώντας τις πρακτικές υγιεινής.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση αποθέματος, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της τακτοποίησης και ταξινόμησης υλικών.
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές εργασίες προετοιμασίας, όπως μέτρηση, ανάμειξη και ψήσιμο.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα ζαχαροπλαστικής για την έγκαιρη παραγωγή και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων.
- Μαθαίνεις και εφαρμόζεις διαφορετικές τεχνικές και τρόπους παρουσίασης ζαχαροπλαστικής.
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σε περιόδους αυξημένης κίνησης και αναλαμβάνεις πρόσθετες εργασίες όταν χρειάζεται.

- Τεχνικές αρτοποιίας και ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Προετοιμασία ειδών ζαχαροπλαστικής και παρουσίαση επιδορπίων
- Γνώση υλικών, μέτρηση και ανάμειξη
- Ψήσιμο και τήρηση συνταγών
- Ασφάλεια και υγιεινή τροφίμων
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος και οργάνωση σταθμού εργασίας
