Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών και καταρτίζεις το πρόγραμμα προσωπικού για κάλυψη 24/7.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων, ζητημάτων και παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σύνθετα ή κλιμακούμενα ζητήματα επισκεπτών και βρίσκεις λύσεις που ανταποκρίνονται στις ανάγκες και τις προσδοκίες τους.
- Παρακολουθείς τα σχόλια και τις αξιολογήσεις επισκεπτών, απαντάς στα σχόλια και λαμβάνεις προληπτικά μέτρα για την αντιμετώπιση πιθανών ζητημάτων.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και διεκπεραιώνεις διοικητικές εργασίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης προϋπολογισμού, αποθέματος και αναφορών απόδοσης.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες, καθώς και με τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας, προστασίας δεδομένων και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Κατάρτιση προγράμματος προσωπικού και εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων, παρακολούθηση feedback επισκεπτών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Λήψη αποφάσεων, διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και διαχείριση αποθέματος
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
