Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών και προγραμματίζεις το προσωπικό για κάλυψη 24/7.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την άμεση και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων, προβλημάτων και παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σύνθετα ή κλιμακούμενα ζητήματα επισκεπτών και συνεργάζεσαι για την εξεύρεση κατάλληλων λύσεων.
- Παρακολουθείς τα σχόλια και τις κριτικές επισκεπτών και λαμβάνεις προληπτικά μέτρα για την αντιμετώπιση πιθανών προβλημάτων.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό, τα αποθέματα και τις αναφορές απόδοσης του τμήματος.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές, τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας, την προστασία δεδομένων και τις διαδικασίες ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών, εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση εμπειρίας επισκεπτών
- Προγραμματισμός προσωπικού και εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού
- Επίλυση παραπόνων και διατμηματική συνεργασία
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και αναφορές απόδοσης
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας, προστασία δεδομένων και διαδικασίες ασφάλειας
- Βέλτιστες πρακτικές στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας και Revenue management
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
