Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών και προγραμματίζεις τις βάρδιες με κάλυψη 24/7.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την άμεση και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων, θεμάτων και παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς και υποστηρίζεις το προσωπικό υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών για την παροχή άριστης εξυπηρέτησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι σύνθετα ή κλιμακούμενα ζητήματα επισκεπτών και βρίσκεις λύσεις που ανταποκρίνονται στις ανάγκες και τις προσδοκίες τους.
- Παρακολουθείς τα σχόλια και τις αξιολογήσεις επισκεπτών, απαντάς σε σχόλια και προλαμβάνεις πιθανά ζητήματα.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό, το απόθεμα και τις αναφορές απόδοσης του τμήματος.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές, τις διαδικασίες και τους κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας, προστασίας δεδομένων και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση υπηρεσιών επισκεπτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Προγραμματισμός βαρδιών προσωπικού και εκπαίδευση και coaching προσωπικού
- Διατμηματική συνεργασία, διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Λήψη αποφάσεων και παρακολούθηση feedback επισκεπτών
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού, διαχείριση αποθέματος και αναφορές απόδοσης
- Βέλτιστες πρακτικές του κλάδου φιλοξενίας, revenue management και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
