Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας επισιτισμού και ποτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμών και προβλέψεων για το τμήμα επισιτισμού και ποτών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των υπηρεσιών επισιτισμού και ποτών με τις εταιρικές και νομικές απαιτήσεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία, έγκαιρη επικαιροποίηση, αναθεώρηση και διαθεσιμότητα των μενού φαγητού και ποτών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τον αποτελεσματικό έλεγχο, την παραγγελία και την απογραφή αποθεμάτων σε όλα τα σημεία επισιτισμού και ποτών.
- Παρέχεις σταθερά υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση του προγράμματος του προσωπικού και τη διατήρηση βέλτιστων επιπέδων στελέχωσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία επισιτισμού και ποτών και διοίκηση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας
- Κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμών και προβλέψεων
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και σχεδιασμός μενού
- Διαχείριση συμμόρφωσης και ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών
- Κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων και στελέχωση, οργανωτικές και προγραμματιστικές δεξιότητες· Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διαχείριση Τροφίμων και Ποτώνκατά προτίμηση
