- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας Food & Beverage.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμών και προβλέψεων για το τμήμα Food & Beverage.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των υπηρεσιών Food & Beverage με τις εταιρικές και νομικές απαιτήσεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία μενού φαγητού και ποτών και διασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη ενημέρωση, αναθεώρηση και διαθεσιμότητά τους.
- Διασφαλίζεις τον αποτελεσματικό έλεγχο αποθεμάτων, τις παραγγελίες και την απογραφή στα σημεία Food & Beverage.
- Παρέχεις σταθερά υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση του προγράμματος βαρδιών του προσωπικού Food & Beverage και διασφαλίζεις επαρκή στελέχωση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση τμήματος Food & Beverage και Hospitality operations
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας
- Κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμού και forecasting
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και inventory management
- Συμμόρφωση λειτουργίας Food & Beverage
- Προγραμματισμός βαρδιών και workforce planning, σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση μενού, ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διαχείριση Τροφίμων και Ποτών / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
