- Αναλαμβάνεις την παράδοση για έναν ή περισσότερους λογαριασμούς, διασφαλίζοντας επιτυχία, ποιότητα και ικανοποίηση πελατών
- Δομείς ομάδες παράδοσης και ξεκινάς νέα έργα, εξασφαλίζοντας το κατάλληλο ταλέντο, τις δεξιότητες και τη στελέχωση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι επιλεγμένα έργα, καλύπτοντας παράδοση, κινδύνους, χρονοδιαγράμματα, ποιότητα και επικοινωνία με stakeholders
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Managers και Client Partners για επιτυχή αποτελέσματα και μακροχρόνιες πελατειακές σχέσεις
- Αναλαμβάνεις νέους και υφιστάμενους λογαριασμούς, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της έναρξης λογαριασμών και της συμβουλευτικής πώλησης
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επαφής και διαχειρίζεσαι τις πελατειακές σχέσεις
- Συμβάλλεις σε πρωτοβουλίες επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης και στον οικονομικό σχεδιασμό και έλεγχο
- Εποπτεύεις ροές παράδοσης, εκτέλεση έργων, κινδύνους και δείκτες ποιότητας
- Συμμετέχεις σε δραστηριότητες Presales και συμβουλευτική πώληση σε διαφορετικές τεχνολογίες
- Παρέχεις αρχιτεκτονική καθοδήγηση και υποστηρίζεις πλαίσια SDLC σε τεχνικά σύνθετες πρωτοβουλίες
- Επισκέπτεσαι τακτικά γραφεία πελατών στην Αθήνα για τη διατήρηση ισχυρής συνεργασίας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη βελτίωση των αποτελεσμάτων και της αξίας για τους πελάτες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων λογισμικού και Παράδοση enterprise έργων
- Delivery management και Υλοποίηση λογισμικού
- Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και Οικονομικός σχεδιασμός
- Μετριασμός κινδύνων, Ποιοτικός έλεγχος και Επικοινωνία με stakeholders
- Διαχείριση πελατειακών σχέσεων και Συμβουλευτική πώληση
- Presales, Καθιέρωση διαδικασιών SDLC και Αρχιτεκτονική καθοδήγηση
