- Αναλαμβάνεις την παράδοση σε έναν ή περισσότερους λογαριασμούς, διασφαλίζοντας επιτυχή εκτέλεση, ποιότητα και ικανοποίηση πελατών.
- Οργανώνεις ομάδες παράδοσης και εκκινείς έργα, διασφαλίζοντας την κατάλληλη στελέχωση και το πλαίσιο παράδοσης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι επιλεγμένα έργα, αναλαμβάνοντας κινδύνους, χρονοδιαγράμματα, ποιότητα και διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Managers και Client Partners για επιτυχή παράδοση και ισχυρές πελατειακές σχέσεις.
- Αναλαμβάνεις νέους και υφιστάμενους λογαριασμούς, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της έναρξης λογαριασμών και της συμβουλευτικής πώλησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι πελατειακές σχέσεις και λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επαφής για τους πελάτες.
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης και συμβάλλεις στη χρηματοοικονομική εποπτεία.
- Εποπτεύεις διαδικασίες παράδοσης, εκτέλεση έργων, κινδύνους και πρότυπα ποιότητας.
- Συμμετέχεις σε presales και consultative selling για πολλαπλές τεχνολογίες.
- Παρέχεις εποπτεία αρχιτεκτονικής υψηλού επιπέδου και υποστηρίζεις τη ρύθμιση του SDLC για σύνθετα τεχνικά έργα.
- Επισκέπτεσαι τακτικά τα γραφεία πελατών στην Αθήνα για τη διατήρηση ισχυρής συνεργασίας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικές ομάδες για την επιτυχία των έργων και τη μεγιστοποίηση της αξίας για τον πελάτη.

- 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Delivery management, Software project management και Project initiation
- Customer relationship management, Stakeholder management και Account management
- Presales και Consultative selling
- Risk management, Quality management και Financial oversight
- Software development lifecycle setup και High-level architecture oversight
- Greek language proficiency (C1) και English language proficiency (B2)
