- Συμβάλλεις στον σχεδιασμό του προϋπολογισμού της ομάδας και διασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική υλοποίησή του
- Μεταφράζεις τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες σε τεχνικές προδιαγραφές για την ανάπτυξη λύσεων
- Ιεραρχείς έργα, αναπτύξεις, αναβαθμίσεις και αιτήματα αλλαγής, καταρτίζεις σχέδια και προϋπολογισμούς και κατανέμεις πόρους
- Συντονίζεις διαλειτουργικές ομάδες, προμηθευτές και επιχειρησιακούς υπευθύνους για την υλοποίηση λύσεων
- Επιβλέπεις τις δοκιμές, το UAT και τις παραγωγικές εκδόσεις, περιορίζοντας τη διατάραξη της λειτουργίας
- Παρακολουθείς την επιχειρησιακή αποδοτικότητα, διαχειρίζεσαι την επίλυση προβλημάτων και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τα SLA
- Εντοπίζεις κινδύνους και περιθώρια βελτίωσης σε συστήματα και εξοπλισμό και προτείνεις μέτρα αντιμετώπισης και αναβαθμίσεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και καθοδηγείς τα μέλη της ομάδας για την ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων και την επίτευξη στόχων
- Ενισχύεις τη συνεργασία μεταξύ μονάδων delivery για τη βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση πόρων και την ευθυγράμμιση των product roadmaps

- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση έργων IT και ανάπτυξη λύσεων
- Συντονισμός έργων μεγάλης κλίμακας και διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού
- Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων και διαχείριση ενδιαφερόμενων μερών
- Agile methodologies, testing και UAT και διαχείριση παραγωγικών εκδόσεων
- Διαχείριση προμηθευτών, SLA compliance και risk management
- People management και team leadership
