- Παρέχεις τεχνική βοήθεια και υποστήριξη σε τελικούς χρήστες.
- Διαγιγνώσκεις και επιλύεις προβλήματα λογισμικού, προσφέροντας έγκαιρες λύσεις σε πελάτες.
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις χρήστες στην ορθή και αποδοτική χρήση εφαρμογών λογισμικού.
- Συλλέγεις και επικοινωνείς feedback πελατών σε εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη βελτίωση των προϊόντων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Τεχνική βοήθεια και υποστήριξη, αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων λογισμικού και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
- Εφαρμογές λογισμικού και αναλυτικές ικανότητες.
- Εκπαίδευση χρηστών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
- Επικοινωνία feedback πελατών.
- Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά.
- Πληροφορική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
