Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς και τηρείς τα συμφωνημένα SLA και KPI για τα έργα της ομάδας υποστήριξης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αποτελεσματικά περιστατικά, αιτήματα, προβλήματα και αλλαγές στις υποστηριζόμενες εφαρμογές.
- Διερευνάς, αναλύεις και επιλύεις λειτουργικά και επιχειρησιακά ζητήματα πρώτου επιπέδου.
- Χρησιμοποιείς SQL για αναζήτηση, ανάλυση και επαλήθευση δεδομένων, εντοπίζοντας τις βασικές αιτίες προβλημάτων.
- Αξιοποιείς εργαλεία καταγραφής, παρακολούθησης και observability για τον εντοπισμό και τη διάγνωση συμβάντων εφαρμογών.
- Χρησιμοποιείς εργαλεία API testing, όπως Postman, για τη διερεύνηση προβλημάτων διασυνδέσεων και την επικύρωση ανταλλαγών δεδομένων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι περιστατικά, αιτήματα και προβλήματα μέσω ticketing systems, τεκμηριώνοντας και παρακολουθώντας την πορεία τους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τεχνικές ομάδες, επιχειρησιακούς stakeholders και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων.
- Συμβάλλεις σε πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης, εντοπίζοντας ευκαιρίες αναβάθμισης των διαδικασιών υποστήριξης και της απόδοσης εφαρμογών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- SQL και επίλυση προβλημάτων σε production περιβάλλοντα
- Application support και business application operational support
- Incident, request, and problem management μέσω ticketing systems και ITSM tools
- Web application architecture, REST APIs και system integration
- API testing, Postman και logging, monitoring, and observability tools
- Service-level agreement and KPI monitoring και networking concepts
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Τηλεπικοινωνιακή Μηχανική / Σχετικό Τεχνικό Πεδίο
