- Παρακολουθείς την καθημερινή απόδοση και λειτουργία εταιρικών υποδομών και υποδομών gaming/betting.
- Ανταποκρίνεσαι σε διακοπές υπηρεσιών εφαρμόζοντας τα προβλεπόμενα βήματα επίλυσης.
- Συντηρείς τα monitoring tools και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις για τη βελτιστοποίηση της λειτουργίας συστημάτων.
- Επιβλέπεις σχετικούς συνεργάτες και ελέγχεις την απόδοσή τους σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα υπηρεσιών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι tickets για τεχνικά ζητήματα σε hardware συσκευές και πλατφόρμες.
- Αξιολογείς, ιεραρχείς και επιλύεις ζητήματα σύμφωνα με καθορισμένες διαδικασίες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τεχνικά ζητήματα μέσω του Services Portal για εφαρμογές gaming/betting και communication circuits.
- Κλιμακώνεις incidents και προβλήματα, υποστηρίζεις τις διερευνήσεις και παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο επίλυσης.
- Ενημερώνεις τους τελικούς χρήστες για τη διαδικασία που ακολουθείται.
- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση και αναφορές incidents με τα προβλήματα και τα βήματα επίλυσης.
- Εκτελείς διαδικασίες User Access Management, συμπεριλαμβανομένων provisioning και deprovisioning προσβάσεων.
- Συλλέγεις δεδομένα ως τεκμήρια για την υποστήριξη απαντήσεων σε ερωτήματα ελέγχου.
- Αποκτάς επάρκεια σε βασικές Linux commands και υποστηρίζεις τη βελτίωση automation scripts.
