- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις για φαγητά και ποτά.
- Καταχωρίζεις παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές σε συστήματα Point of Sale (POS).
- Ολοκληρώνεις το κλείσιμο βάρδιας στο Point of Sale (POS) και καταμετράς μετρητά και πιστωτικές κάρτες.
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς και οργανωμένους τους χώρους του εστιατορίου.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την κουζίνα και το bar για την έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητών και ποτών.
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα για ερωτήσεις σχετικά με το μενού, αλλεργίες, διατροφικές ανάγκες και ειδικά αιτήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, Service φαγητού και ποτών και Λήψη παραγγελιών.
- Γνώση μενού και τροφίμων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της Διαχείρισης τροφικών αλλεργιών και διατροφικών απαιτήσεων.
- Συστήματα Point of Sale (POS) και Εκκαθάριση συναλλαγών με μετρητά και πιστωτικές κάρτες.
- Κανονισμοί υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής και Καθαριότητα και οργάνωση εστιατορίου.
- Αγγλικά, Επικοινωνία και Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Διατμηματικός συντονισμός, Multitasking, Σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση.
- Επαγγελματική Κατάρτιση σε Συναφή Τομέακατά προτίμηση
