- Ακούς τις ανάγκες των πελατών και παρέχεις την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα παράπονα των πελατών και τα επιλύεις άμεσα.
- Λαμβάνεις παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών τηλεφωνικά ή από τις κάρτες παραγγελιών στις πόρτες των δωματίων.
- Προετοιμάζεις το τρόλεϊ σερβιρίσματος.
- Παραδίδεις και σερβίρεις τις παραγγελίες στα δωμάτια των πελατών.
- Ελέγχεις τους ορόφους για πιάτα ή τρόλεϊ που έχουν αφήσει οι πελάτες στους διαδρόμους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα λειτουργικά τμήματα για τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των πελατών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνία με πελάτες
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Λήψη παραγγελιών φαγητού και ποτών και παράδοση παραγγελιών Room Service
- Γνώση του μενού του ξενοδοχείου και επίγνωση διατροφικών περιορισμών
- Προετοιμασία τρόλεϊ σερβιρίσματος και έλεγχος διαδρόμων και χώρων εξυπηρέτησης
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και συνεργασία μεταξύ τμημάτων
- Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
