- Υποδέχεσαι τους επισκέπτες με φιλικό και επαγγελματικό τρόπο.
- Παρουσιάζεις τα μενού και ενημερώνεις για επιλογές φαγητού και ποτών, προσφορές και ειδικές προτάσεις.
- Λαμβάνεις με ακρίβεια παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών και τις διαβιβάζεις στην κουζίνα και το bar.
- Σερβίρεις φαγητό και ποτά άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά.
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία και τον καθαρισμό τραπεζιών και χώρων εστίασης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτήματα, παράπονα και ειδικά αιτήματα πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και tact.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και οργανωμένο εργασιακό περιβάλλον.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση τροφίμων και ποτών
- Λήψη παραγγελιών και σερβίρισμα φαγητού και ποτών
- Ομαδικότητα και Multitasking
- Διαχείριση μετρητών και βασικές μαθηματικές γνώσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, οργάνωση και εργασία σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς
