- Εξασφαλίζεις τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών, κατανοώντας τις ανάγκες τους και προσφέροντας άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα παράπονα των επισκεπτών και τα επιλύεις άμεσα.
- Λαμβάνεις παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών τηλεφωνικά ή από τις κάρτες παραγγελιών στις πόρτες των δωματίων.
- Προετοιμάζεις το trolley εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παραδίδεις τις παραγγελίες στα δωμάτια και σερβίρεις τους επισκέπτες.
- Ελέγχεις τους ορόφους για πιάτα ή trolley στους διαδρόμους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα λειτουργικά τμήματα για τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Λήψη παραγγελιών Room Service και Service φαγητού και ποτών
- Γνώση μενού και επίγνωση διατροφικών περιορισμών
- Προετοιμασία trolley και παράδοση παραγγελιών
- Έλεγχος διαδρόμων
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών και ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών
- Αγγλικά και συνεργασία μεταξύ τμημάτων
- Τουρισμός / Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
