Τι θα κάνεις
- Λαμβάνεις παραγγελίες δωματίου από τους πελάτες.
- Παίρνεις παραγγελίες φαγητού και ποτών μέσω τηλεφώνου ή καρτελών.
- Προετοιμάζεις και σερβίρεις τον καρότσι υπηρεσίας.
- Παραδίδεις παραγγελίες στα δωμάτια των πελατών.
- Εξασφαλίζεις ικανοποίηση των πελατών ακούγοντας τις ανάγκες τους.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις παράπονα πελατών άμεσα.
- Ελέγχεις τους ορόφους για πιάτα ή καρότσια που έχουν αφεθεί στους διαδρόμους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση πελατών.
