- Παρέχεις εξατομικευμένη εμπειρία επισκεπτών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα fine-dining επιπέδου Michelin.
- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και παρακινείς την ομάδα εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Chef Patron και την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή εκτέλεση του μενού.
- Επιβλέπεις τις λειτουργικές διαδικασίες, τον ποιοτικό έλεγχο, τις πρακτικές upselling και τη συνέπεια στην εξυπηρέτηση.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια και τα παράπονα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανονισμούς υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη στελέχωση, τον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών, την αξιολόγηση απόδοσης και τον έλεγχο κόστους.

- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Fine-dining service, Wine service & Guest experience management
- Leadership, People management & Team training
- Operational management, Staff scheduling & Cost control
- Quality control, Upselling & Complaint handling
- Food safety and hygiene regulations
- English language proficiency
