- Διακόσμηση γλυκών
- Διαδικασίες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Έλεγχος ποιότητας υλικών
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων
- Χρήση εξοπλισμού ζαχαροπλαστικής και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνες
