Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά και πρώτες ύλες, καθαρίζεις και κόβεις λαχανικά, κρέας και ψάρι
- Τηρείς αυστηρά τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων κατά την προετοιμασία και αποθήκευση
- Υποστηρίζεις τους σεφ εκτελώντας απλές μαγειρικές διαδικασίες όπως τηγάνισμα, ψήσιμο και βράσιμο
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες των ανωτέρων σεφ και εξασφαλίζεις τη σωστή ποσότητα
- Διατηρείς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη, απομακρύνεις τα απορρίμματα και καθαρίζεις τις επιφάνειες εργασίας
- Αποθηκεύεις σωστά τις πρώτες ύλες διασφαλίζοντας την ποιότητά τους
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις τις ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας για την ομαλή ροή εργασιών και αναφέρεις τυχόν προβλήματα στον υπεύθυνο
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις πρότυπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών υγιεινής
- Βασικές τεχνικές μαγειρικής και λειτουργίες κουζίνας
- Δεξιότητες προετοιμασίας υλικών και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Ομαδικότητα και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- culinary artsκατά προτίμηση
