- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία υλικών με πλύσιμο, ξεφλούδισμα, κοπή και ζύγιση
- Μαγειρεύεις και σερβίρεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και οδηγίες
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και οργάνωση στην κουζίνα και τον εξοπλισμό
- Κρατάς καθαρό και οργανωμένο το χώρο εργασίας κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
- Φροντίζεις για την κατάλληλη αποθήκευση πρώτων υλών ώστε να διατηρηθεί η ποιότητά τους
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις ανάγκες ανανέωσης
- Συντονίζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασίας και αναλαμβάνεις συγκεκριμένες εργασίες
- Αναφέρεις άμεσα προβλήματα εξοπλισμού ή προμηθειών στον επικεφαλής σεφ
- Συμμετέχεις στην εκπαίδευση νεότερων μελών σε προετοιμασία ποτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμοί υγιεινής
- Βασικές τεχνικές μαγειρικής και λειτουργία κουζίνας
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προετοιμασία υλικών
- Καθαριότητα κουζίνας και διαχείριση αλλεργιογόνων
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Διαχείριση χρόνου, δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδική εργασία
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
