- Διατηρείς υψηλά στάνταρ καθαριότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων και ακολουθείς κανόνες υγιεινής
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Δεξιότητες μαγειρικής και τεχνικές μαγειρικής
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής
- Λειτουργίες κουζίνας και οργάνωση χώρου εργασίας
- Τήρηση συνταγών και προσαρμογή μερίδων
- Καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, οργάνωση και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών και χρήσης υπολογιστή
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
