- Υποστηρίζεις τη μαγειρική ομάδα σε απλές διαδικασίες μαγειρέματος
- Τηρείς αυστηρά τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Φροντίζεις την καθαριότητα και οργάνωση της κουζίνας κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
- Αποθηκεύεις σωστά τις πρώτες ύλες διασφαλίζοντας την ποιότητά τους
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα και ενημερώνεις για την ανάγκη αναπλήρωσης
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασιών
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα εξοπλισμού ή υλικών στον προϊστάμενο κουζίνας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση πρωτοκόλλων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής κουζίνας
- Βασικές τεχνικές μαγειρικής και προετοιμασία υλικών
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και πρώτων υλών
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Ομαδικότητα και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
