Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά πλένοντας, καθαρίζοντας, κόβοντας και μετρώντας
- Μαγειρεύεις και σερβίρεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με συνταγές και οδηγίες
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και οργάνωση στην κουζίνα και τον εξοπλισμό
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το χώρο εργασίας, απορρίπτοντας απορρίμματα και καθαρίζοντας επιφάνειες
- Αποθηκεύεις πρώτες ύλες με σωστές συνθήκες διατήρησης
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης
- Συντονίζεις με την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασίας
- Αναφέρεις θέματα εξοπλισμού ή παραγγελιών σε προϊσταμένους
- Εκπαιδεύεις νέα μέλη στην παρασκευή ροφημάτων και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις παρασκευής τροφίμων και τεχνικών μαγειρικής
- Γνώση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων, κανονισμών υγιεινής και διαχείρισης αλλεργιογόνων
- Δεξιότητες λειτουργιών κουζίνας και παρακολούθησης αποθεμάτων
- Ικανότητες καθαρισμού εξοπλισμού και χώρων εργασίας
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Γνώσεις Αγγλικής γλώσσας και εκπαίδευση στην παρασκευή ροφημάτων
