- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία υλικών με πλύσιμο, καθάρισμα, κοπή και μέτρηση
- Μαγειρεύεις και σερβίρεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με συνταγές και οδηγίες
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα και οργάνωση της κουζίνας και του εξοπλισμού
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα υλικών και εξασφαλίζεις σωθή αποθήκευση
- Παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων και αναφέρεις ανάγκες για προμήθειες
- Συντονίζεις τη συνεργασία με την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασίας
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα εξοπλισμού ή παραγγελιών στους προϊσταμένους
- Συμμετέχεις στην εκπαίδευση νέων μελών σε προετοιμασία και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικές μαγειρικής και βασικές γνώσεις λειτουργιών κουζίνας
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμοί υγιεινής
- Διαχείριση αλλεργιογόνων σε βασικό επίπεδο
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και καθαριότητα κουζίνας
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, διαχείριση χρόνου και ομαδικότητα
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
