- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία υλικών με πλύσιμο, καθάρισμα, κοπή και μέτρηση
- Μαγειρεύεις και σερβίρεις πιάτα σύμφωνα με καθιερωμένες συνταγές και οδηγίες
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και οργάνωση στην κουζίνα, καθαρίζοντας εξοπλισμό και χώρους εργασίας
- Κρατάς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας, απορρίπτοντας απορρίμματα και καθαρίζοντας επιφάνειες
- Αποθηκεύεις πρώτες ύλες σε κατάλληλες συνθήκες για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας τους
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις άμεσα ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης
- Συντονίζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για ομαλή ροή εργασιών αναλαμβάνοντας συγκεκριμένες εργασίες
- Αναφέρεις τυχόν προβλήματα με εξοπλισμό ή προμήθειες στον υπεύθυνο σεφ
- Συμμετέχεις στην εκπαίδευση νέων μελών στην παρασκευή ποτών και στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις τεχνικών μαγειρικής και διαδικασιών κουζίνας
- Εφαρμογή προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών καθαριότητας
- Βασικές γνώσεις διαχείρισης αλλεργιογόνων
- Δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και ομαδικότητας
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και στην αποθήκευση υλικών
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
