Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων σύμφωνα με τυποποιημένες συνταγές.
- Προσαρμόζεις τις μερίδες, τα καρυκεύματα και τα υλικά ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες.
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα, τη γεύση και την παρουσίαση των πιάτων σε όλη τη διαδικασία μαγειρέματος.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον/την Head Chef ή Executive Chef για την ανάπτυξη νέων πιάτων και την εκτέλεση εποχικών και ειδικών μενού.
- Προσαρμόζεις τα πιάτα στις προτιμήσεις και στους διατροφικούς περιορισμούς των επισκεπτών.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας για την έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις junior μάγειρες και μέλη του προσωπικού κουζίνας.
- Μοιράζεσαι γνώσεις για τεχνικές μαγειρικής και βέλτιστες πρακτικές.
- Διατηρείς υψηλά πρότυπα καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης στην κουζίνα.
- Τηρείς τους υγειονομικούς κανονισμούς και τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
