- Ετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων με έμφαση στην ποιότητα και την παρουσίαση βάσει τυποποιημένων συνταγών
- Παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα των τροφίμων κατά τη διαδικασία μαγειρέματος και προσαρμόζεις καρυκεύματα και υλικά
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Αρχιμάγειρα στην ανάπτυξη νέων πιάτων και την εκτέλεση ειδικών μενού
- Συντονίζεις με το προσωπικό κουζίνας για έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς νεότερους μάγειρες και προσωπικό κουζίνας
- Διατηρείς υψηλά επίπεδα καθαριότητας και τάξης στην κουζίνα και τηρείς τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Δεξιότητες μαγειρικής και μαγειρικές τεχνικές
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και τυποποίηση συνταγών
- Ανάπτυξη μενού και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση προσωπικού κουζίνας
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Γνώσεις αγγλικών και χειρισμός Η/Υ
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
