Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων με έμφαση στην ποιότητα, γεύση και παρουσίαση σύμφωνα με τυποποιημένες συνταγές
- Παρακολουθείς την ποιότητα των τροφίμων καθ' όλη τη διαδικασία μαγειρέματος και ρυθμίζεις γεύσεις και υλικά
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Αρχιμάγειρα για ανάπτυξη νέων πιάτων και εκτέλεση ειδικών μενού
- Συντονίζεις με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό κουζίνας για έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις νεότερους μάγειρες και προσωπικό κουζίνας
- Τηρείς αυστηρά πρότυπα καθαριότητας και οργανώσεις στην κουζίνα, εφαρμόζεις κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προχωρημένες δεξιότητες μαγειρικής και εξειδίκευση σε τεχνικές μαγειρικής και κουζίνες
- Γνώση προτύπων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμών υγιεινής
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητες ομαδικής εργασίας
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων
- Δεξιότητες καθοδήγησης και εκπαίδευσης προσωπικού
- Γνώση χειρισμού υπολογιστών και εξοικείωση με MS Office
- Culinary Artsκατά προτίμηση
