Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και μαγειρεύεις ποικιλία πιάτων, ακολουθώντας τυποποιημένες συνταγές και προσαρμόζοντας τις μερίδες.
- Ελέγχεις την ποιότητα, τη γεύση και την παρουσίαση των πιάτων κατά τη διαδικασία μαγειρέματος.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Head Chef ή τον Executive Chef για την ανάπτυξη νέων πιάτων και την εκτέλεση εποχικών και ειδικών μενού.
- Προσαρμόζεις τα πιάτα στις προτιμήσεις των επισκεπτών και στους διατροφικούς περιορισμούς.
- Συντονίζεσαι με το προσωπικό κουζίνας για την έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Καθοδηγείς και εκπαιδεύεις νεότερους μάγειρες και μέλη του προσωπικού κουζίνας.
- Μοιράζεσαι γνώσεις για τεχνικές μαγειρικής και βέλτιστες πρακτικές.
- Τηρείς υψηλά πρότυπα καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης στην κουζίνα και τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων, κανονισμοί υγιεινής και έλεγχος ποιότητας τροφίμων
- Τεχνικές μαγειρικής, εκτέλεση συνταγών και λειτουργία επαγγελματικής κουζίνας
- Μαγειρική μεγάλου όγκου και Fine dining
- Ανάπτυξη μενού και προσαρμογή σε διατροφικούς περιορισμούς
- Συντονισμός προσωπικού κουζίνας, καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και MS Office
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
