Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι, συντονίζεις ή υποστηρίζεις ρυθμιστικές δραστηριότητες για νέες υποβολές, μεταβολές, ανανεώσεις και διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής προϊόντων
- Προετοιμάζεις, αναθεωρείς, συντάσσεις και υποβάλλεις ρυθμιστική τεκμηρίωση σύμφωνα με απαιτήσεις και χρονοδιαγράμματα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ρυθμιστικές υποβολές μέσω DCP, MRP και Εθνικών διαδικασιών εξασφαλίζοντας ποιότητα και έγκαιρη παράδοση
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικός σύνδεσμος με ρυθμιστικές αρχές και συντονίζεις απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα ή ελλείψεις
- Οδηγείς τη συλλογή δεδομένων για φακέλους σε συνεργασία με εσωτερικά τμήματα και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες
- Υποστηρίζεις τη ρυθμιστική στρατηγική για τα ανατιθέμενα προϊόντα, αγορές ή έργα εξασφαλίζοντας συμμόρφωση με επιχειρηματικές προτεραιότητες
- Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι ρυθμιστικές δραστηριότητες μετά την έγκριση όπως μεταβολές, ανανεώσεις και ενημερώσεις
- Επιθεωρείς ρυθμιστική τεκμηρίωση και επιστημονικές απαντήσεις για ακρίβεια, συνέπεια και συμμόρφωση
- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και αναπτύσσεις μέλη ομάδας για ρυθμιστικά έργα σε ρόλους επίβλεψης και διεύθυνσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία και δεξιότητες σε Regulatory Affairs και διαχείριση ρυθμιστικών υποβολών μέσω DCP, MRP και Εθνικών διαδικασιών
- Γνώση ρυθμιστικών απαιτήσεων, οδηγιών και προετοιμασία υψηλής ποιότητας ρυθμιστικής τεκμηρίωσης
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης ενδιαφερομένων μερών για συνεργασία με ρυθμιστικές αρχές και εσωτερικές ομάδες
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και εμπειρία στη χρήση MS Office
- Δεξιότητες σε ρυθμιστικές δραστηριότητες μετά την έγκριση και διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής προϊόντων
- Chemistry / Biology / Pharmacy / Life Sciencesκατά προτίμηση
