- Οδηγείς τη ρυθμιστική στρατηγική προ-έγκρισης στην ΕΕ και τις απαιτήσεις τεκμηρίωσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ολικά τους φακέλους υποβολών για DCP/MRP/Εθνικές, εξασφαλίζοντας ποιότητα και έγκαιρη παράδοση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα Regulatory Affairs, ελέγχεις και εγκρίνεις βασικά παραδοτέα
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικός σύνδεσμος με τις Ρυθμιστικές Αρχές της ΕΕ και συντονίζεις απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα ή ελλείψεις
- Οργανώνεις διατμηματικό συντονισμό για τη σύνταξη φακέλων και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση του εγκεκριμένου χαρτοφυλακίου
- Εφαρμόζεις και επιβλέπεις την κατανόηση πολιτικών και διαδικασιών στη ρυθμιστική ομάδα
- Συγκεντρώνεις την απαραίτητη τεκμηρίωση από διάφορα τμήματα σύμφωνα με τις κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες για υποβολές φαρμακευτικών φακέλων
- Υποστηρίζεις τις εσωτερικές δραστηριότητες του τμήματος Ρυθμιστικών Υποθέσεων για τη διασφάλιση ρυθμιστικής συμμόρφωσης
- Παρακολουθείς και συντάσσεις επιστημονικές απαντήσεις σε ελλείψεις που επισημαίνουν οι ρυθμιστικές αρχές
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ρυθμιστική στρατηγική και προετοιμασία φακέλων για DCP/MRP/Εθνικές υποβολές
- Διαχείριση ομάδας και coaching
- Επικοινωνία με τις Ρυθμιστικές Αρχές της ΕΕ
- Διατμηματικός συντονισμός και γνώση των κατευθυντήριων οδηγιών της ΕΕ
- Σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση επιστημονικών απαντήσεων
- Κατανόηση πολιτικών και διαδικασιών
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση, οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
- Δεξιότητες MS Office και άπταιστα Αγγλικά
