- Υποστηρίζεις την παρασκευή και παρουσίαση υψηλής ποιότητας ζαχαροπλαστικών, επιδορπίων και αρτοσκευασμάτων
- Βοηθάς στη λειτουργία και οργάνωση της ζαχαροπλαστικής ενότητας καθημερινά
- Τηρείς συνταγές, μεθόδους προετοιμασίας και πρότυπα παρουσίασης με ακρίβεια και συνέπεια
- Συμβάλλεις στην παραγωγή ζαχαροπλαστικών για εστιατόρια, εκδηλώσεις και ειδικές περιστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου
- Διασφαλίζεις την κατάλληλη αποθήκευση, χειρισμό, ετικετοποίηση και παρουσίαση των προϊόντων σύμφωνα με πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής
- Διατηρείς καθαρό, οργανωμένο και αποδοτικό χώρο εργασίας ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Βοηθάς στον έλεγχο αποθεμάτων και στην αποδοτική χρήση υλικών και προμηθειών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες ζαχαροπλαστικής και κουζίνας για ομαλή και έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
- Δείχνεις ευελιξία και προθυμία να υποστηρίξεις την ομάδα σε περιόδους υψηλού φόρτου εργασίας
- Ενημερώνεσαι συνεχώς για τεχνικές ζαχαροπλαστικής και προτείνεις ιδέες για βελτίωση της ποιότητας και παρουσίασης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση παρασκευής ζαχαροπλαστικής και τεχνικών ψησίματος
- Τήρηση συνταγών και πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγιεινής
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση χρόνου σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και σωστή διαχείριση προμηθειών
- Ομαδικότητα, θετική στάση και προθυμία για μάθηση
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και καλή γνώση αγγλικών
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνες / Τέχνη Ζαχαροπλαστικήςκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie, you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie and the wider pastry team in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry section while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of a diverse selection of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Support the Pastry Chef de Partie and Executive Pastry Chef in the daily operation and organization of the pastry section.
Follow established recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards accurately and consistently.
Assist with the preparation and production of pastry items for the hotel's restaurants, events, banquets, and special occasions.
Ensure that all pastry products are properly stored, handled, labelled, and presented in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry workstation at all times.
Assist with stock control and ensure that ingredients and supplies are properly stored and used efficiently.
Work closely with the pastry and culinary teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support the team during busy periods and high-volume operations.
Keep up to date with pastry techniques and contribute ideas to continuously improve the quality and presentation of pastry products.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Culinary or Pastry Arts qualification will be considered an advantage.
Basic to good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation.
Passion for pastry and a genuine interest in developing technical skills and knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good organization and time management skills.
Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
Fluency in Greek and good knowledge of English.
