Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) region, delivering market leading services across industries in Greece and abroad.   The transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity-rich, interested to join us?   Your key responsibilities   Guide and coach EY and client teams in using Agile frameworks, methodologies, tools and Scrum practices, providing hands-on coaching as required at any organizational level Act as the Scrum Master or Agile Coach for EY or client agile teams in a single implementation project or large digital transformation and operational excellence programs Coach other Scrum Masters and deliver client or in-house trainings Design client Agile implementation blueprints, conduct Agile Maturity assessment and develop Agile Transformation roadmaps for clients based on Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, Spotify, Nexus) Enable a high performing, self-organizing, dynamic team, minimizing impediments to work product implementation progress Support the facilitation of learning and continuous improvement in effectively operating Scrum and in implementing and improving relevant practices Ensure scrum teams are using standard agile delivery tools and templates for all processes including documenting and tracking features, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc. Ensure scrum teams achieve their objectives keeping the teams focused on their product and Sprint goals and end-user satisfaction Support the scrum team in capacity planning, scrum board usage, sprint backlog determination, velocity monitoring and burn down/up charts Support Product Owner in backlog management and refinement Facilitate program increment, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review/demo and retrospective meetings Identify delivery impediments and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions or perform escalation to the appropriate levels and stakeholders as needed Responsible for coordination among teams (e.g. DevOps, Architects and other Scrum Masters) and assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and collaboration Enable reporting on the status of delivery using agreed agile metrics, e.g. velocity, burndown charts, predictability, efficiency indicator, innovation rate, etc.     To qualify for the role, you must have / be able to demonstrate a combination of the following competencies and experience:   Strong academic background Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and English) Excellent problem solver in a collaborative way Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments Proven experience in one or more of the following competencies 2+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master Experience as an Agile coach, preferably to both Technology & Business audiences Experience in designing Agile models, blueprints, and Agile Transformation roadmaps Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g. based on Scum, Kanban) as well as any Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, Scrum of Scums) Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE in an scaled Agile environment Knowledge and experience with agile delivery management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence) Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework   Ideally, you’ll also have   Scrum Master or any other relevant scaled Agile industry acknowledged certifications Appetite to take ownership of several complex initiatives with excellent time management skills Good appreciation and understanding of impact of current market trends (e.g. Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, Intelligent Automation) A willingness to travel to meet client needs (when it is safe)   What we look for What’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities   Participation in large-scale client engagements. Contribution towards, or even leading, the delivery of data integration solutions.
