We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Small-Medium Businesses Account Executive to join our team. The role will focus on building, managing, and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized restaurant and café partners, ensuring a positive and productive collaboration with efood. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue, growing accounts, and delivering top-notch customer service to help our partners succeed.

What you 'll do:

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners, maintaining regular communication and ensuring strong, positive relationships.

• Work closely with partners to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Identify potential for upselling efood’s services, features, and promotional opportunities, aiming to maximize partners' revenue and increase their satisfaction.

• Onboard new partners effectively, providing them with the necessary training on efood’s platform, tools, and best practices.

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner issues, proactively addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve any challenges.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to offer valuable insights and support partners in a dynamic environment.

• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, account status, and sales pipeline, providing regular reports to the Small-Medium Bussiness account Management

What you need to be successful

• Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a related industry (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
