What you'll do
- Prepare and consolidate regular and ad-hoc commercial reports, dashboards and performance analyses
- Monitor sales, stock, margins and other commercial KPIs to identify trends, variances and areas requiring attention
- Define, structure and maintain product clusters, hierarchies and categories with relevant teams
- Extract, process and validate data from SAP, BI and other internal systems
- Support weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the Commercial Department
- Translate business data into insights and recommendations for commercial decisions
- Coordinate data collection across departments and stakeholders for timely, accurate reporting
- Monitor commercial performance against targets and help identify deviations and opportunities
- Maintain and improve reports and dashboards, and contribute to new reporting tools and analytical processes
- Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs
- Organize and maintain commercial data, reports and related documentation
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Business analysis, commercial reporting and commercial data management
- Microsoft Excel, SAP and BI and reporting tools
- Data analysis, data validation, data consolidation and data interpretation
- Dashboard development and maintenance and KPI monitoring
- Numerical analysis and product hierarchies and categorization
- English language
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Data Analyticspreferred
