What you'll do
- Support the development and periodic update of the company’s long-term strategy, including scenario planning and market analysis
- Support the annual business planning process through market research, data analysis, and consolidation of Business Unit input
- Monitor market and technological developments and conduct competition benchmarking
- Monitor Business Plan KPIs and perform periodic reporting
- Support transformation PMO activities by coordinating cross-functional efforts and tracking project milestones
- Support the development and update of the ESG strategy
- Maintain structured documentation on Business Plan metrics and data
- Prepare presentations and corporate communication material
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Market analysis, business planning, scenario planning, and strategic planning
- Data analysis, data analysis tools, Power BI, and MS Office
- Competition benchmarking, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting
- Transformation PMO and ESG strategy
- English language proficiency and presentation preparation
- Engineering / Economics / Energy Studies / Business Administration
