What you'll do
- Lead, motivate, and support the hotel team promoting a positive culture

- Oversee Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to boost occupancy and revenue

- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and internal policies

Track budgets, financial performance, and key metrics to support profitability
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase occupancy, revenue, and guest loyalty
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and external partners
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, legal regulations, and internal policies
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate studies are a plus)
Has previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Has a solid understanding of hospitality operations and service standards
Is confident in decision-making and handling multiple priorities
Speaks English fluently (additional languages are an advantage)
Has experience with hotel management systems (knowledge of specific PMS is a plus)
