What you'll do
- Supervise daily outlet operations ensuring smooth coordination and consistent service delivery
- Act as shift leader maintaining presence on the floor to monitor quality and service flow
- Support adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards including HACCP
- Assist in planning and executing outlet activities, promotions, and special events
- Supervise, guide, and support the service team for high performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of seasonal team members
- Foster teamwork and motivation to create a positive work atmosphere
- Support daily sales activities, upselling, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor stock, waste, and operational costs to ensure efficiency
- Ensure every guest receives attentive, professional, and friendly service
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
- Support continuous improvement based on guest feedback and internal reviews
- Ensure effective communication between Culinary, Bar, and other departments
- Participate in briefings and service meetings communicating priorities
- Support information flow between management and service employees
- Accountable for smooth execution of operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise service quality and maintain standards
- Act as delegated leader in absence of Outlet Manager
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Leadership and Operational Leadership in hospitality settings
- People Management and Team Motivation
- Health and Safety Standards including HACCP
- Communication Skills and Multi-language Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Guest Service and Service Quality Management
- Recruitment and Training plus Upselling experience
- Hospitality Management / Any Fieldpreferred

Accountable for the smooth execution of outlet operations during assigned shifts.
Responsible for supervising service quality, maintaining standards, and supporting team performance.
Acts as delegated leader in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Outlet Senior Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within luxury hotel or resort environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets or large-scale service operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service etiquette.
Committed to building high-performing teams and nurturing positive work environments.
Flexible, calm under pressure, and solutions oriented.
Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
