What you'll do
- Lead regional Workplace Managers and Workplace Coordinators to achieve team objectives.
- Set up and onboard new offices, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects meet global and local requirements.
- Manage and maintain regional sites in line with workplace policies and guidelines.
- Develop workplace policies and procedures in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver regional Health and Safety, Sustainability, DEI, events and community programs.
- Manage facilities vendors, monitor service agreements and resolve site inspection deficiencies.
- Create and manage regional annual Opex budgets, tracking financial variance and operating expenses.

And let’s be honest, the weather didn’t help. But it gave us a chance to focus on the essentials, like building our tech and making our operations as smooth as possible.
