What you'll do
- Lead facilities and building maintenance through on-site coordination, technical execution and daily supervision
- Develop and implement preventive, corrective, predictive and improvement maintenance strategies
- Plan and monitor maintenance operations, technical interventions, civil works and facility improvement projects
- Supervise renovation, expansion, construction and upgrade works against specifications, schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for facilities, controlling costs and optimizing resources
- Inspect sites, identify issues, propose solutions and coordinate corrective actions
- Prepare, review and validate technical reports, specifications, scopes of work and project documentation
- Coordinate procurement requests, evaluate technical offers and support vendor selection
- Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring progress, quality, cost, safety and timely resolution
- Monitor schedules, escalate delays and risks, and minimize disruption to operations
- Serve as the main contact for internal departments on maintenance needs and facility issues
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, internal policies, regulations and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in facility reliability, efficiency, cost control and service quality
- Manage and develop the Facilities and Building Maintenance team
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Facilities management, maintenance management and industrial infrastructure
- Site supervision, construction project management and technical project management
- Contractor management and Health, Safety and Environment compliance
- Budget management and procurement coordination
- Technical documentation and technical drawing review
- MS Office, English language and continuous improvement
- Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
