What you'll do
- Apply content policies consistently to digital content
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce the client's terms of use
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles
- Classify content by age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Escalate performance-impacting changes through appropriate channels
- Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and project requirements
- Participate in employee assistance, reporting, training, and wellness activities
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Content moderation, digital content review, and content classification
- Content policy enforcement and abuse report monitoring
- English fluency and Persian fluency
- Verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and cultural awareness
- Confidentiality, KPI adherence, and escalation procedures
- General Studies
