What you'll do
- Apply content policies and handling procedures consistently to digital content.
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce the client's terms of use.
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.
- Score content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
- Escalate performance-impacting changes through appropriate channels to maintain required KPIs.
- Follow security measures, confidentiality requirements, and other project requirements.
- Participate in employee assistance, wellness, reporting, and training programs.
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- English and Turkish fluency
- Content policy enforcement, content moderation, and digital content review
- Abuse report monitoring and content classification
- Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural awareness, and political and social awareness
- KPI management and confidentiality and security compliance
