What you'll do
- Apply content policies and handling procedures consistently to digital content
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce the client’s terms of use
- Review videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles
- Assess content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Escalate changes that may affect performance or required KPIs
- Follow security measures, confidentiality requirements, and project procedures
- Participate in employee assistance, program reporting, and training activities
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- English and Italian fluency
- Content policy enforcement, content moderation, and content review
- Abuse report monitoring and issue escalation
- Cultural awareness and empathy
- Written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality, security compliance, and KPI adherence
