What you'll do
- Manage corporate travel bookings using Spotnana and other booking platforms
- Provide personalized support to business travelers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments
- Support travelers through flight disruptions and other travel challenges
- Recommend travel options balancing policies, preferences, availability, and cost
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to resolve travel issues
- Maintain accurate traveler and booking information and stay updated on travel policies and regulations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience using Spotnana Agent Desktop
- Corporate travel servicing skills including reservations, ticketing, and disruption management
- Fluent Spanish and strong English language proficiency
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and communication skills
