What you'll do
- Participate in design reviews to ensure operational functionality
- Oversee construction company and report to project management and ownership
- Review and optimize MEP drawings for serviceability
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans and asset register templates
- Oversee commissioning and testing of systems
- Manage snagging and warranty tracking
- Define SOPs and coordinate procurement of tools and consumables
- Supervise all maintenance of villas, public areas, pools, gardens, spa, and restaurant
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage small works, repairs, and energy optimization
- Maintain compliance with local regulations
- Report monthly to general management and ownership on KPIs and budgets
- Manage construction upgrades including timeline, budget, quality, and subcontractors
