What you'll do

About the job
As part of our continuous growth and operational expansion, we are looking for a Facilities & Building Maintenance Senior Officer to support the planning, coordination and execution of building maintenance activities across our facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and compliant operation of building infrastructure, while working closely with internal teams, external contractors and technical partners. The position is based in Kryoneri.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Facilities & Building Maintenance activities, ensuring the effective execution of preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance tasks.
Plan, prioritize and follow up on daily maintenance works, technical interventions and facility improvement actions across company premises.
Conduct site inspections and technical checks in collaboration with engineers, technicians, contractors and external partners.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, specifications, scopes of work and documentation related to maintenance activities and building projects.
Support procurement requests, technical offer evaluations and vendor coordination in cooperation with the Procurement Department.
Monitor contractors, subcontractors and technical service providers, ensuring that assigned works are completed according to quality, timeline, cost and safety requirements.
Serve as a contact point for internal departments regarding building maintenance requests, technical issues and facility-related needs.
Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in line with Health, Safety & Environment procedures, internal policies, regulatory requirements and applicable quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to facility reliability, operational efficiency, cost control and service quality.
Provide hands-on support in the follow-up and resolution of technical issues, escalating complex matters where required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field, preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in facilities, building maintenance, technical operations or industrial maintenance.
Experience in coordinating building maintenance activities, technical works, contractors and external service providers.
Ability to read, understand and review technical drawings, layouts and specifications; AutoCAD knowledge will be considered an asset.
Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices, technical documentation and facility improvement processes.
Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with maintenance management systems or technical reporting tools will be considered an asset.
Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic industrial environment.
